Valedictorian: Jeff Bell Jeff Bell, graduating with a grade point average of 6.9171, filled the position of Valedictorian. Jeff has been a member of the F.F.A. for two years. Beta Club, F Club, and he has been class favorite for three years. He was chosen as Most Intellectual in Senior Who's Who. Jeff has par- ticipated in the football program his Junior and Senior year. He enjoys hunting, fishing, football, four- wheelin', and country music. Jeff's parents are Ms. Julie Bell of Flomaton, and Mr. Frankie Bell of Atmore. He is planning to attend col- lege but he is undecided about the college of his choice. 24

Salutatorian: Greg Chavers Greg Chavers earned a grade point average of 6.7429, which qualified him for the honor of Salutatorian. While at Flomaton, Greg served as president of the Beta Club, president of the Drama Club, vice-president of the F.F.A., a member of the F Club, Senior Class vice-president, and he was chosen as Most Likely to Suc- ceed in Senior Who's Who. Besides being involved in the clubs at F.H.S., he also participates in the athletic program. He has played on the baseball team for one year, and on the football team for three years. He received the All Escambia River Con- ference trophy for his outstanding football ability. Some of Greg's hob- bies include scuba diving, wood work, water skiing, and weight lift- ing. Greg is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Chavers. He plans to further his education by attending Jeff Davis Jr. College, then Auburn University. 25
