Hum JJrincipafs 7 Tessape to the Class of 1963 One of the main purposes of school days is to add knowledge and wisdom to one's mind. We need to have an understanding of what knowledge and wisdom really are. Knowledge is an accumulation of learning from all the various experiences we have at school, at home, at play, and throughout our lifetime. We gain knowledge in history, math, athletics, physical education, band, English and all other areas in which we take part. Wisdom is knowing what to do with the knowledge we have. The greatest wisdom is knowing the difference in right and wrong. We should use the statement, All I want to do is what's right,” and realize we betray ourselves, our friends, our parents, and our God if we fail to do what’s right. Sincerely, John L. Folsom
