DEDICATION For many years now the Seniors have been dedicating the yearbook to one indi- vidual and a very deserving person. This year, however, we would like to dedicate our yearbook to the entire Administra- tion and Faculty. We feel that each one of them has had an integral and impor- tant role in the guidance and enlighten- ment of Fisher ' s graduating Class of 1966. It has been through the combined efforts and understanding of these men and women that we, the Seniors, have emerged from carefree girls to young women skilled in their chosen vocation. The road has not always been an easy one; yet the obstacles have been over- come. The light of knowledge, already shin- ing brightly in the minds of our Adminis- tration and Faculty, has readily shed its rays to us, the students. They have been the force behind us as we strove to finish the book of college life and then led the way to the commencement of a brand new book . . . the book of life. In appreciation, we are dedicating this yearbook in their honor. Jeanette H. Briggs Anita E. Geib Co-Editors 4 PRESIDENTS MESSAGE The theme of your Yearbook exemplifies the spirit of the class of ' 66. Yearbooks have a way of bringing the past and present together. May the Lamp of Learning which has been lighted during these two years at Fisher Junior College continue throughout your lifetime. As the Lamp grows brighter, bringing with it increased knowledge, it is my sincere wish that you may recall the warmth and sparkle you experienced when it was first ignited at Fisher Junior College. " A Lady with a Lamp shall stand In the great history of the land A noble type of good Heroic womanhood. " Sanford L. One of the most successful projects conducted by the Fisher Junior College club was the drive for books launched in the early fall. Several cartons of books were shipped to underdeveloped countries to be used as educational material. Under the guidance of Miss Mary Tonougar, club advisor, lectures and social activities with guests from foreign countries have been enjoyed by the members throughout the year.
