Degree in Civil Engineering Department. Instructor and Commandant of Cadets, Fisliburne Military- School, 1913 to 1917. Received appointment to Second Offi- cers Training Camp, Fort Meyer, Virginia, and was commis- sioned Captain Infantry November, 1917. Promoter to Major Infantry October, 1918. Received discharge from service De- cember. 1919. Commissioned Major, Infantry Section, Re- serve Corps, February, 1920. Commandant of Cadets and In- structor in Mathematics, Fishburne Military School, since January, 1920.
