H6 is the man who has proved himself to possess both exceptional technical knowledge in his specific rating and maturity. His experience is a great asset to his division. A chief can get things done, for his men know that he was once in their position and worked his way up. FINCH was unlucky to start the deployment with only three chiefs and finish with but one.
