This division, however, is really the ship's catchall organization. The ship's Doc,l' Personnelman, Yeomen are in OC although they really work for the Executive Officer on administrative matters. Quartermasters aid the Officer of the Deck in finding his way. In doing so, they too work for the Executive Officer, who is also the Navigator. The division contains the ship's Postal Clerk and the Signalmen. For administrative affairs all seven ratings are united under the Communications Officer: LTJG Cooper.
