The Triple Crown, as it is known in the Fleet, which consisted of REFRESHER TRAINING, Propulsion Operations (OPPE) and Nuclear Weapons Acciden- t Incident Training. These were passed with flying colors. Then there was SOAP (Soviet Out of Area Patrol), READIEX, and the famous SAN DIEGO Boat Race (our boat won that one easily). We have also visited many Ports which include Panama (this one also includes three transits of the Panama Canal), Cozumel, Columbia, Acapulco (a two day visit that turned into an eight day stay), Hawaii, Long Beach, Pascagoula, San Francisco and now We are ready for Westpac . . .
