EVERY DAY between 10:00 and 10:15 we go to our homeroom activity period. This time of the day is usually very busy both for teacher and pupil. During this period, Father 0'ConneIl makes announcements of common interest. Also on the P.A., Father Quoile conducts the morning lineup . Collections for worthy causes are taken up during the activity period. Mr. Quinlisk is enlisting the help of William Brady in a Seminary Collection. Mr. Rapp, prefect of Freshman 9, is gladly accepting Vincent Snyder's dollar for the Mission Collection. Activity in the classroom . . . Announcements, collections, campaigns Q.. wi THOMAS J. After School When the last bell rings, some of us are divided for the day, but many others are iust beginning a different phase of school life. They are the ones who find something special to do in their pursuit of a well-rounded education. In the various clubs, shows, and student government activities, they are provided with the practical knowledge and experience which will be so vital to them later in life. This is what makes great leaders- extra effort. Their extra effort and time will further the good name of our school and add to our ever increasing renown. Under Oblate moderation, we work and play together, thus rounding out our Salesian education by developing a sense of cooperation and teamwork, and great loyalty to our Alma Mater.
