Mary Strecker leaves her plaid tennis shoes to Theresa Strecker. Dwight Bletscher leaves his noon-hour taxi service to Ronnie Sanders. Larry Franke leaves still trying to convince Mr. Gardner that he should be able to drive to school, even though he lives only three blocks away. Ronnie Marrs leaves but he’ll be waiting outside to mooch a cigarette. Dick Gilkerson leaves his tackle position on the football team to Susan Zimmerman. Della Mae Meyer leaves her “Venus” type figure to Nancy McCoy. Linda Miller leaves for the Public Library. Kenneth Helmick leaves Young at heart. Eugene Strauss leaves on his mini-bike to join a new group known as the “Four Stooges.” Bill Boose leaves his “Bellino” type legs to Janice McNeely. Calvin Schuler leaves his size to Jim Titus. Cheryl Oberst leaves her friend-winning personality to Connie Owens. Linda Rankin leaves her Trit-Trot walk to Charlotte Hershberger. Margie Rieschick leaves for the farm. Richard Schulenberg leaves his police radar spotting equipment to Wesley Maze. Jo Anne Howard leaves in hopes of obtaining a higher level of education. Linda Murphy leaves as “Stout” as ever. Violet Vogele left a little early; in fact, twenty weeks too early. Carole Armbruster leaves her reputation of being the best twister in town to Norma Hansen. Nancy Campbell leaves to be a “Jim” dandy of a wife. Jack Stout leaves nothing; he’s taking her with him. Barbara Young leaves with Smiley. Elaine Yoesel leaves her school-girl complexion to Gay Snethen. Dennis Kiekhaefer leaves his favorite expression “I’m not quite ready yet” to Jim McNeely. Betty Klaus leaves for Omaha to rekindle an old fire. Wayne Gatz leaves twenty dirty tricks he learned in football to Paul “The Terror” Weaver. Eugene Hansen leaves his red hair and freckles to the Longacre Boys. Marilyn Jilek leaves her excellent driving ability to J. D. Auxier. Sally Kelly leaves her job as chief pop-corn burner at the show to Virginia Young. Linda Rieschick leaves her meekness to Judy West. John Shiveley leaves as fast as he can. Jeff Falter leaves for Hollywood to direct and star in his first musical film “Tex Ritter Rides Again.” Lanny Camblin leaves by the backdoor before the student body can lynch him for writing this scandalous piece of paper.
