mud? The varsity wonthe Modoc-Lassen League championship easily. They were led by Dave Bate, a Senior, who was astand-out performer all year. Dave established a new school record in the 880 - the time was 2:07.9. Other strong point-getters were Bill Hanan in the pole vault 111' 3 J and Ernie Bruce, co-holder of the school high-jump record at 5' 1O .
