Home making has become something more than learning home and family living this year. Getting involved in their own activities, the girls learned the home making of creativity, cooking any- thing from soup to nuts sewing everything from shorts to skirts, knitting, designing, tailoring, interior decorating, and experimenting with three year old children in child develop- ment classes. From burned banana bread to three sleeved sport shirts, the young men of this year's Bachelors' Survival classes learned several techniques preparing them for the future. With the growing popularity of Women's Liberation, these men felt a need to defend themselves and learn what was once considered - Women's Work. Throughout the year unique pieces of clothing were designed and tasty new foods were created as Mrs. Jane Stockebrand readied these stu- dents for the Bachelor's World. Survival came with all the luxuries, as the guys enthusiastically enjoyed the fringe benefits of the class.
