Always smiling, always helpful, she's a real sport about directing plays, acting as chaperon, and numerous other activities. ES DA T. STREET Art teacher. sorority advisor. She appreciates the fine and beautiful things in life and is always willing to rhare your problems with you. CARROLL H. VANCE A talented composer, arranger, and conductor. His anec- dotes of his long years of musical experience enliven his lessons, as well as his band and glee club rehearsals. LEON B. WARNER Teacher of History, Senior advisor. and sage of Macedon Center. He sure knows his stuff and his classes are most interesting. CENEVIEVE G. WATSON Teacher of music and director of Orchestra, Boys' Clee Club. and the Mixed Chorus. She has a wide variety of interests which make her an interesting person. IVA M. RUTH DONK Athlete, horsewoman, and friend of all. ln all her classes and activities she points the way to good sportsmanship. MARGARET FORTMILLER Librarian, Cos advisor, book lover. She cracks the whip over the history students doing their outside reading but all in all a very fine person. HELEN I. HODGE Math teacher, bowling enthusiast. She'll get you through Intermediate Algebra if anyone can. She coached the SXS play. EVELYN IOYCE Teacher of English I and ll and Latin l. She is advisor of the SXS club and for the last two years she has coached the Senior play. FRANCES LalUPPA Dental hygienist. She visits our school for more than half of each school year to clean pupils' teeth and scout out the lurking cavity. NELSON McGlNN Coach, physical education and general science teacher. A good athlete, good sportsman, and good friend. HELEN I. ROUGHT Teacher of freshman English and social studies and ad- visor of the Dramatic Club. She's always smiling and her cheertulness is contagious. GERTRU DE C. RYON Teacher of algebra, and business subiects, and lunior advisor. She has had charge of Homeroom I4 for several years and so every lunior gets to know and like her. EDWARD K. SCHWORM Teacher of business subjects, business advisor of the yearbook. He gets all the assignments of a business na- ture in school, auditor of school activity treasury, receiver of athletic gate receipts, and many such iobs.
