Coffee each morning as he enters hir: oltice is the competent secretary who tor six years has aided our adminis- trator in the secretarial work of the three Fairport schools The sznooth operation of the school system owes much to Mrs Richard Hogan, who is a very diligent and efficient worker Thomas G Coffee a grafluate of Syracuse Uni- versity, heads the school afirninisfration He holds not only an ernment position in the Cornrnunity but also a warm spot in the heart of every townsperson He is greatly admired and respected by all the stu- dents with whom he is very popular, being noted for his 'lstoriesf Mr Cotfees dynamic personality is re- sponsible tor the :many improveniertts in the schools functioning Students are always giver: the tallest cooperation and the benefit of the doubt. 9 HE PUTS THE PAL IN PRINCIPAL Expressions of gratitude for his many hours of toil, his cooperation in tasks concerning us are deserved by Andrew C. Lynch, principal of Fairport High School. We sometimes forget that Mr. Lynch is eager to participate in our activities and to create projects which will further our educationg we sometimes for- get that it is Mr. Lynch's gentlemanly qualities which bring us through difficultiesp that it is through Mr. Lynch's numerous contacts that we have the many interesting assemblies, and in addition, that Mr. Lynch is really one of us and a jolly good fellow. Mr. Lynch, we may forget to say, 'Thank you,' now and then, but believe us, we are truly grateful for your work and cooperation and we are one hundred percent behind you, MISS BERNADINE E. NOLAN Vice-Principal MR. ANDREW C. LYNCH Principal EVERY GIRL'S IDEAL A friend in need is a friend indeed might well be the motto of Miss Bernadine E. Nolan, vice- principal and girls' adviser of Fairport High School. Although her numerous duties include the averaging of marks and the keeping of attendance records, she is never too busy to stop those activities to advise troubled students. Nothing pleases Miss Nolan more than to have the privilege of bestowing the high honor of an Old English F upon the outstanding ten percent of our pupils on Class Day. However, her most familiar function is hearing and correcting Etinim quid est, Catilina quod . . in her Latin II and Ill classes. Gertrude Phillips, Elea- nor Aldridge, Ruth Bushart, Norma Cobb, Betty Patter- son, Malintha Ross, Richard Dudley, Iames Fairchild, War- ren Gilbert, and Floyd King are the scholastic leaders ot the class.
