Retired Faculty Dr. Wayne T. Gray, Dr. Kenneth G. Weihe. Cleo D. Haught, and Dr. Pearl S. McCarty. Retiring faculty members were honored at a dinner which was attended by Presi- dent Feaster and a number of the faculty. Honored for many years of faithful ser- vice, Dr. Gray, Dr. Weihe, Mr. Haught, and Dr. McCarty were each presented with a box made by the Industrial Arts Department containing a lifetime pass to all ac- tivities of FSC. Dr. Wayne T. Gray, Professor of Sociology, received a B.S. at the University of Ne- braska and a M.A. and Ph.D. at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Gray came to FSC in 1951. Cleo D. Haught, Associate Professor of Chemistry, received a B.A. at West Virgin- ia Wesleyan and a M.S. at Ohio State University. Mr. Haught started to teach at FSC in 1925. Dr. Pearl S. McCarty, Professor of English, received a B.A. at Fairmont State Col- lege, a M.A. at West Virginia University, and an Ed.D. at the University of Florida. Dr. McCarty came to FSC in 1952. Dr. Kenneth G. Weihe, Professor of English, received a B.S. at the College of Wooster, and a M.A. and Ph.D. at Yale University. Dr. Weihe joined the faculty in 1950.
