Superintendent . . . Though seldom seen by many of the students, this man s untiring endeavors are felt by all. His work with the Board of Education has brought us the competent staff of teachers we have today; but this work has gone far beyond the academic status, it has reached into the welfare and comfort of the students. By his careful planning, we have the advantages of the most modern school equipment. Though his job is a highly respected one and his activities go not only into the community but into the state as well, you'll always find a warm attitude from Mr. Nunn toward you, the individual student.

The Principal......... Mr. Walker came to Fairfield High School four years ago, the same year that we came as freshmen. Having started with us, he always referred to us as his class. He is the only principal with whom we have been associated, and we feel that no one else could have taken his place. We have been fortunate to have a principal, who even though he may have had a great many things on his mind, always had a smile and a friendly hello for everyone. His willingness to aid and counsel at all times has been an inspiration to all of us. We think of Mr. Henderson Walker not only as our principal but as a sincere friend whom we may call upon at any time.
