Don is the shortest member of the Senior Class. He shows great ability in the ping pong room, where he provides competition for the experts He also is a maestro on the basketball floor, displaying his perfect form in class tour- naments l-le is a little shy with the opposite sex at times Don is an expert at milking cows, due to his short stature. FAIRFIELD TWP. HIGH T H E S E N I O R S MARY EVELYN CARTER As merry as the day is long. Mary is our happy-go-lucky, chubby classmate. Believe it or not, she weighed six pounds at birth, but look at he: now! She has a smile and a kind word for everyone. I shall bore you with her long list of activities. Here we go: Girls' Chorus, Choral Club, President of Girl Reserves, President of Student Council, and Co-Editor of the Black and White. Last but not least, she was also cast in thc Juniol play, Minstrel Show, and the Operetta. Don't for- get us when you're THE STAR of the year, Mary' , 5 MARTIN ROBERT CHMURA Speech is the fway of politics: but he who hold: his tongue may rule them all. Mert is a mixture of ice cream and pickles. His per- sonality hat is as well flavored as ice cream and his ora- torical oratory is like pickles. This muscular man t?1 has been noted for his gridiron work at center for the past three years. He then retires to the ping-pong room where he is one af F. H. S.'s aces. This politician, the world champion coon-hunter, railroaded himself into the presi- Cency of our Junior Class and deserves a great deal of credit for our success that year. A villain by nature, he was a perfect Tinker for The Doctor Is Out. He then reversed character to engineer our most successful Junior- Senior prom.
