LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of the College Senior Class E, the College Senior Class, having successfully completed two of the happiest years of our lives, do wish to make known to the world our last wishes as of this fourth day of June, 1955. We bequeath to Mr. and Mrs. Gates, Sr. our love and best wishes for continued happiness throughout the years. We will to Miss Lampton, Miss Strother, and the faculty many more like us, and our appre- ciation for all that has been done for us by such wonderful friends and advisors. I, Sallie McCraw, do hereby will and bequeath my love for the University of Alabama to Nancy “Buckly.”’ ; I, Susan Williams, do leave my logic-type compartments to Ruth Shuttles, and express the desire that she may find success in being able to think clearly upon one subject at a time; and to Carol Evans, I bequeath my “‘gift for gab’’ in soft tones in telephone conversations. I, Pat Limpichart, do hereby will and bequeath to Pat Connell my ability to sleep twenty-four hours each day, in hopes that she can continue to uphold this record: and my intelligent mathematical mind to Pauline Nichol. I, Timmie Wallace, with tearful eye and sad heart, do will and bequeath ‘‘ice-box 21” to Toria Thompson, in hopes that she may keep the home fires burning, and to all the underclassmen I leave the wonderful times I’ve had at Fairfax, that they may learn to love the ‘Hall’ as I did. I, Audrey Walker, do hereby will my innate ability for walking on tip-toe in the halls of Senior Dorm to Bobbie Schapero, and my knack for losing my temper to fun-loving Corky Gonzalez, Phyllis Liniado, and Sue Holmes—but I hope they never learn to use it. I, Jackie Brown, do hereby will to my hermana pequena, Karen Brusell, an ample supply of will- power to last her until she boards the plane bound for her beloved Brazil, and to Barbara Smith, Lee Dallas, and Nancy Nash I leave my good intentions for an art career. I hope they take it more seriously than I have done. I, Lloyd Rollins, do hereby will and bequeath my vivacity and energy to Sonya Burdick, and my ability to yell in the Dorm to Linn Powell. My excellent Spanish goes to Nora Morales. I, Ethel Garth, being a true Rebel, do leave for the Southland in order to aid in the completion of Reconstruction. I leave to Fairfax Hall that old Rebel yell, ‘““The South shall rise again!”’ I, Anne Gilman, being a Texan, leave my petite ways to Joan Haugabook. Returning forever to the Lone Star State, I find it necessary to bequeath to Miss Gandy my psychology workbook all filled in, and my black knee-length socks.
