“BOBBIE” This little five-foot cutie hails from a very Yankee town in a very Yankee state—Coldwater, Michigan. Even though it’s Southern versus Yankee, she is a mighty sweet girl. She and her “one and only” have big plans for about a year from now. She loves dancing and, among her many outstanding char- acter traits, she has a grand personality. Last, but not least, I am proud to be her roommate and her friend. {29} 1) 0, — aa . try. tea Wieswey Na EEL Ww ‘Fifi’? is a typical Southern belle beauty, poise, charm, plus brains! One can read- ily see her wide range of interests by glanc- ing into Room 23. The walls are papered with paintings to add a touch of color; stacks of worn, dusty plays are stuffed into every corner to add a theatrical atmos- phere; an odd variety of plant life “‘jungles” up the room and there’s also an aquarium —for no good reason at all. Fifi’s sincerity and friendly manner have gained the love of all of us.

She is very ener- getic, likes any kind of sports, can sit for hours knitting and fixing others’ mistakes, and she has developed a passion for typing which she taught herself. She is reserved, but her eyes frequently dance with some devilment, and a hidden wit pops up. Barb is a swell person, so get acquainted with her. { 30 } Serre me From Baltimore, our class is represented by “Kit. struggling over accounting, but she man- ages to put in a little time at the Faxette.
