December was a month far Fair Park when cz dream of long standing came true. The football team traveled to New Orleans to meet St. Aloysius for the State AA Championship. With seven hundred loyal ians cheering them on, the boys marched to victory and the State Championship. After their return the team was fetedttrinlltheqschool cate! teria vlith a banquet to which all the city championship teams were invited. Every player fmrrr the future Fctir Park- ers of the 85 pound team to the present 200 pound members enjoyed the affair. Mr. Alberson dressed as Santa Claus typifies the spirit of doing for others that prevails at Fair 'Park not only dur- inq theChristmas season-but all through the year.
