This club is very active in such sports as hiking, swimming, horseback riding, skating, sailing and skiing. Refreshments, films, guest speakers, displays, and other attractions are offered at the club's many meetings. New members are always welcomed to our club and we hope to see many new ones next year. Y. F. C. GRGANIZES AT EVERGREEN The Youth For Christ Club was organized by a group of Evergreen stu- dents interested in a High School Christian Activity. The purpose of the club is twofold, to provide a spiritual activity for those interested, and to offer a Christian witness to those not active. Looking forward to the coming school year, the Y.F.C. is hoping to welcome even more students into this Christian Activity. EVERGREEN PRESENTS A FUN-FILLED VARIETY SHOW On February 5 and 6, Evergreen talent presented the annual Variety Show, The Ladies' Historical Society was holding its Annual tanquet. After a short business meeting, an unusual ariety ot entertainment was beheld. Much to the ladies lmazement they were whisked to the days ot the ilent screen. There they were fortunate enough to be iresent for the final episode of Tarzan ot the Apes ind a portion of the Shal4y Sheriff ot Simmeron Sity. Next Dr. Shysters entertained everyone with his Magi- al Kickapoo Medicine Show, bringing a score ot talent etween the commercials. The show was invaded by an tnti-Alcoholic League which broke up the proceedings.
