STUDENTS GAIN EXPERIENCE The office girls work in the office as a class, for which they receive full credit. They receive practical oflqce experience typing, filing, and answering the tele- phone. LIBRARY STAFF The students in the Library Club are comprised of student volunteers and students taking library as a class tor credit. With the advisor Mrs. Stuber, these students help other students find books to read, or to use as references.

Their activities include regular meetings and workshops which are held to make toys for handicapped children. They also take trips to schools for handicapped children. Spades interest is based upon helping these people. Among outside activities are the annual all city dance, Concalves, Council meet- ings and Pal Parties. The sponsors of Spades are Kiwanians. Evergreens advisor is Mr. Hedstrom, Kiwanis sponsor Mrs. Leland Henderson, and otticers are President Diane Straley, Vice President Barbara Morrison, and Secretary Dorothy Seim. WASCOWITZ COUNSELLORS - WE GUIDE Camp Waskowitz is a district owned camp where sixth grade students are taken to study conservation and outdoor life. High school students interested in working with children, and who like camping are chosen to be junior counselors. It gives the high school students a great experience in working with others. HROUGH SERVICE TO OUR SCHOOL CLINIC STAFF One class period o week these girls supervise our school clinic. They ore reody to help anyone who comes to the clinic. The girls on the clinic staff are supervised by our school nurse Mrs. Hogan, ond faculty advisor, Miss Baldwin BOOKSTORE WORKERS The bookstore is o supply store for the students of Evergreen.
