The Future Farmers of America Club consists of boys who are enrolled in vocational agriculture classes in high school and who are between the ages of fourteen and twenty-one. The purpose of the club is the development of agricultural leadership, citizenship, coop- eration, character, and thrift. The organization was founded in 1928. The Etowah Council sponsored an attendance drive for the entire district. Its main project came at X Easter. The council made Easter baskets for needy children. Thirty- five baskets were made and distributed by the Salvation Army.
