STUDENT COUNCIL The Student Council of Estes High was kept busy this year working with the administration in solving school problems. Glenda Prosser and Laurel Lea Enyeart represented Estes Park at the state convention in Fort Collins in October. Just before Christmas the Council sponsored a dance for the student body, featuring the Music Makers. As in the past, the organization backed the Red Cross drive. In the spring, movies were shown for the students by this group. Eugene Halboth guided the Council in a very successful year in the presidential position. Aiding him were vice-president Glenda Prosser, and secretary-treasurer Laurel Lea Enyeart. BACK ROW: Mildred Gorman. Gary Sahm, Leonce Herman. Chuck Rundquist, Dwayne Herman, Betty Bennett. The EPHS Pep Club represents the domineering school spirit of the students. Wherever there is a Bobcat, there, too, will be the Pep Club cheering him on up his road to victory. The 1954-1955 Pep Club sets a good example. The members look trim in their purple corduroy skirts and white turtle-neck sweaters. The girls chosen as officers to represent this group were: President, Beverly Myers; vice-president, Dianne Duncan; secretary, Judy Crowell; and treasurer, Betsy Baker. 26
