SENIORS Arriving at the top of the high school educational ladder, the seniors of 1955 look back upon a happy four years, filled with activities and fun. As freshmen in 1951-52, these lads and lasses (forseeing a need for money in coming years) began to shrewdly manipulate their finances. In their freshman year, they won a high school assembly contest and traveled to LaPorte to present two one-act plays. As juniors, the class began a busy year by taking charge of Homecoming festivities. Later in the year, they presented a play Fog Island, and supervised the Junior-Senior Prom. In their senior year, the members of the classof 1955 were guided by officers Jack Glendenning, president; Tom McKinney, vice president; Gary Hossack, secretary; Irene Hyatt, treasurer; and Chuck Rund-quist, student council representative. These five, with the assistance of class sponsors Miss Tuttle and Mr. Stowe, carried on class business in their final year.
