.1, 413 dv GIRLS' LEAGUE 'iWho's Your Little Sister? The Big cmd Little Sister Dinner was the big event ot the year tor the Girls' League Organization ot Estacada. Each Senior and lunior girl drew tor a little sister - a treshman whom they were to help to get acquainted with high school lite. To climax the week, a dinner was held in the cafeteria where the Big Sisters introduced their Little Sisters and an evening ot entertainment was provided. lt is hoped that this will become a tradition in the years to come as we believe that it is most helptul in promoting friendship between classes, which is just par! ot the purpose ot this organization. The Girls' League strives to promote understanding between classes and to turther the weltare ot the school, which we believe has been accomplished this year by sponsoring a jean party, a pot-luck dinner, and a slumber party. A basket ot tood was given to a needy tamily on Thanksgiving, and the club has also been working toward the establishment ot a Girls' Room. The annual Mothers' Tea was held in the spring.
