The class of 54 is one of the finest that ever grad-
uated from Emerson. Tom Linkowski was chosen to
lead the seniors and did his job well. With the help
of our wonderful sponsors, we got through the year
without too much trouble. Now, as we look back on
our four years of high school, how fast the time seems
to have gone by! We will always remember our
G.A.A. initiations, the Freshman Frolic, the Sopho-
more Hop, our lunior Prom, Class Day, our final big
high school dance, our Senior Prom, and Commence-
ment Day. None of us shall ever forget any of these
occasions. They will live in our hearts forever!

The luniors, Class of 55, have shown their good judgment this year by
selecting Ken Calloway to lead their class, for he did an excellent job. This last
year they became upperclassmen. Many important days came in this last ten
months, such as their first Prom and the day they got their class rings. The
Iunior Play was another main event and one that went off with much success.
As the year draws to an end, the class of 55 is looking forward to their iinal year,
as Seniors of Emerson High School.

Sophomore Class
The Sophomores have now completed one-half of their high school
career. Lookinqrback through the last two years they have much to remember.
Their first big dance was the Freshman Frolic and they were led by lohn
Bolletta, Class President, and his partner. This year they had their Sophomore

The Freshmen started their first year of high school feeling very big.
They chose a very able leader, Bob Bodnar, who did a wonderful job with the
help of the other class officers. Their "Freshman Frolic" was a huge success
with the gym decorated in green and white in honor of St. Patrick. Now, as the
end of the year comes, they're looking forward to the fun they'll have their
Sophomore year.
