As a min- ister his rank is very high ; he is doing splendid work wherever he goes, and derives genuine pleasure from it, but his greatest pleasure is to arise early in the morning and listen to the Myrtle Dove as she peals forth her notes of music. Mollis has the highest intellect on the campus and certainly belongs to the up- per ten. As a lover his record is doubt- ful, but as an athlete he is a grand suc- cess. He has helped Elon in her vic- tories and has a very creditable record in the Carolina league. He is a fine fel- low and well liked by all who know him.
