N vic rio NX Division is made up of many rates, all of which are vital to the welfare and mo- rale of the crew. The YN's are responsible for all the administrative correspondence, legal functions, officer records, and the plan of the day. The PN's keep track of our personnel service records and make sure they are up- dated with everything from rate changes to home of records. The health and well being of the crew is the primary task of the HM's. They have the responsibility of fixing personnel when they break, maintain medical records, scheduling dental appointments, testing drinking water for impurities and a myriad of other responsibilities. The Master-at-Arms on board has the responsibility of maintaining law and or- der . Navigator help him insure the crew conforms to regula, tions. 1 A big morale booster overseas comes when we get a shipment of mail. That's where our Postal Clerk comes intothe picture, A letter delivered from him is the second best thing to being home. on T Our Quarter Masters are in charge of keeping track of where we are, where we are going, and where we have been. You might say we would be lost without them. Last, but not least, our Command Mas- ter Chief, Career Counselor, and 3-M Coordi- nator all assist us in development and help to solve our problems, both personal and pro. fessional.
