The ceiling and walls W e r c adorned with streamers of blue and white crepe paper. Large black music notes and yellow roses were scattered along the walls. Each table was covered with a white table cloth with a design of a record i'Serenade in Blue drawn on it. The centerpiece, a work of art, included a statue or a girl, beautifully attired in a pirate-pink dotted-swiss gown standing on a raised floral platform. ln her hand she held a favor for her admiring suitor.
