The need of cooperation between all factors in a school is necessary in order that the school may run smoothly. A school system should have coherence and unity. Without these elements there is confusion, dissatisfaction, and sometimes disintegration. With them there will be harmony of effort and efficiency in re- results. We believe that the Eldorado Schools have been fortunate in possessing these elements, From the above, we would them say that there ue, are several factors involved in producing a good ia? school system. Not alone is the schoolboard, or the teachers, or the superintendent, or the Jr gif parents, working alone or independently of each 1 ,T other, above to produce a good school system.
