IBCQVS' State Boys' State is a plan for teaching the fundamental aspects of citizenship. It is a program of education spon- sored by the American Legion, Department of Nevada. Its purpose is to teach the youth of today constructive attitudes toward the American forrn of government. Boys' State at- tempts to show that a democracy needs an intelligent citizenry and a clean, honest, and impartial administration responsive to the will of the people. irls' idle The Girls, State program is essentially the same in its ob- jectives and operation as the Boys' State program. It is also sponsored by the American Legion, Department of Nevada.
