The second chore was to learn the skills necessary to write, edit, and lay- out the paper so that it would bring approval to Eldorado. A third job was to provide financing. In varying degrees the challenges were met and matched and Eldorado's newspaper grew from a junior high news sheet into a real newspaper. The Sunburst Freezes Time Yearbook staff members worked hard throughout the year to achieve their final accomplishment, the Sunburst. Trying to meet deadlines strained the first-year staff, but hard work, and long hours after school provided the solutions to most problems.
