Catherine Richards, Pres., Marilyn Stingle, V-Pres. ident girls' league Many students think of the Girls' League as iust another girls' club. They are mistaken, however, because the League is the girls' govern- ment organization in which every girl in school automatically belongs. The policies and principles ofthe League are set up by a Council which consists of five representatives from each of the four classes, and one representative from each girls' club in the school. The representatives are elected by the girls in the class which they represent' and the president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer of the League, ore elected by all girls in school. Problems which pertain strictly to girls, may be brought to the atten- tion of one of your representatives who will bring it before the council for possible solution. We hope to have the Girls' League serve you effectively and we can do our job better if you will help us by bringing problems to our attention.
