Kelly and Erm Raced to Fmxsh m Hypnohst Rally The student body was honored to have hypnotist, Gene Clark, entertain them in an assembly. Gene used his powers on several students that volunteered to be subjects. The assembly was not a mandatory one, but it had a far better turn out than most. One of the high points of the demonstration came when Kelly Shepherd and Erin Combs speeded along in their imaginary cars while hypnotized ltop leftj. This year the band and choir joined the drama department in their fall production, We Hold These Truths . The play was a combination of narrations, songs, and slides, that told the story of America's past. It included dramatizations of key historical events, and satirical sketches. The Cast was directed by james S. Garmire. David Green conducted the band and Babs lVlcGaughey directed the choral groups for the presentation.
