-l Considering the fact that the classes were only given three evenings to work on their floats they accomplished a great deal. The Frosh effort was rewarded by first place in the competition. Seniors followed close behind with second. juniors and Sophomores held up the rear with third and fourth places. The floats were built at the County Fairgrounds and had to be built sturdy enough to survive the rough trip down the backroads to Ponderosa for our Homecoming game.
