Writers Do It With Flair Experience is not always necessary to turn out good results, as the El Gavilan newspaper statf has proved. Charles Titus, advisor, said, This year has been a rebuild- ing year. Fifty percent of our staff are unex- perienced in that they have not taken Jour- nalism. Because the staff was not fully trained, most of the year was spent on teaching the staff the finer points of Journalism. Rick Mil- Fifty percent of our staff ore unexperienced ... But everyone has improved and we did better than I thought we would. tenberger, Editor-in-Chief, commented, We made more mistakes than in the past, due to our unexperienced staff.
