I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude to all those who worked so hard to publish the 1962 Ahora Y Siempre. The William Pierce Studio did superior work on our End Sheets, Senior Section, Underclassmen Section, and many other parts of our book. The aid and under- standing of Mr. John Thomas, our yearbook representative from Miro-Grafic, were gratefully appreciated and never forgotten. Mrs. Henrietta Hurley was the Ahora Y Siempre advisor in all phases of the yearbook, especially photography. Her hard work and sage advice were largely responsible for our getting through the year. And to Mr. Phillips without whose help, our book would not be paid for. I would like to especially thank my staff members, Sandie Wood and Linda Hansen who did superior work on Senior layouts and write-ups. Earl Perkins did beautiful art work on the cover, division pages and subsequent pages throughout the book. Joyce Dawsey, Phyllis Mentzer and Sue Grund were responsible for all the work in the Club Section. Cheryl Nelson and Judy Johnson drew the layouts and identified all underclassmen pictures. Bud Larimer and Jim Gray created a Sports Section for all boys. Linda Erb was responsible for our Girl's Sports Section and Snapshot pages. Margaret Head, Patty Crispin, and Sharon Peterson arranged all pictures in the Activity Section. Robert Frank and Cathy Galvan did a wonderful job on our Academic Section. Karen Randel kept accurate records of annual sales and page sponsorships. Dennis Elson was my Assistant Editor, without whose continual reliability and aid, the annual would never have been published. Diane Whitehead and David Rivera did n wonderful job on our Administration Section. A special thanks must go to David Rivera, Dennis Elston, Robert Frank, and Cathy Galvan, who besides their own jobs, did outstanding photography. A special thanks must go to all the staff members for the extra hours, weekends, and vacations they spent working to meet each deadline on time. And to all the help the ambitious students of the merchandising class contributed to the selling of our book. In conclusion, on behalf of my staff and myself, I hope that you will enjoy the 1962 Ahora Y Siempre, and that in years to come it will bring back many happy memories. Respectfully yours, TVtic ele, ScUtoi - 9
