The first year is always the roughest. Getting a marching hand prepared for competition is quite a task. But with the help of a good director, good Drum Majorettes, and the will to win, the El Capitan Black and Gold Marching Band brought fame and honor to our school, placing second at Long Beach and representing El Capitan proudly wherever they marched.
