TLAJHSL Principal The members of the El Camino High School Senior Class ot 1964 cmd the Eagle student body have enioyed many rewarding experiences made possible Through tra- ditions established by alum- ni and former students. El Camino High School opened in September, 1950, with 225 energetic and en- thusiastic freshmen. The first class was graduated in June, 1954. Since that time traditions and achievements have resulted in EI Camino being considered one of the best high schools in Cali- fornia. Our scholars have competed with and excelled the best. Colleges and uni- versities trom coast to coast have sought the athletes from our championship teams. Our drama, vocal, and instrumental music stul dents have received national and international recogni- tions. Students from the art department and the Cadet Corps have brought many honors to the school. The spirit ot the student body of El Camino High School has been recognized annually throughout Northern Cali- tornia.
