Assistant Principal Mr. Richard Neptune has been in the Lawton School System for the past eight years. A graduate of Lawton High School, he obtained his Bachelor of Scienceldegree from Oklahoma Bap- tist University, and his Masteris de- gree from the University of Oklahoma. lVlr. Neptune has been an invalu- able aid in the administration of Eisenhower, particularly in the prep- aration and program concerning the North Central Association. His con- genial attitude has left a lasting im- pression on both the student body, and those who have worked with him. Serving as president of the Lawton Education Association, the Lawton Teachers Federal Credit Union, the Audio Visual Coordinators of Okla- homa, and on the Leadership Commit- tee of Oklahoma's Secondary School Principals, Mr. Neptune has demon- strated his steadfast leadership with incomparable efficiency. Principal Mr. Glenn Dosser has been the principal of Eisenhower Junior- Senior High School since its ori- gin in 1962. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree at OSU, and his 1VIaster's degree at OU. Entering the Lawton school system in 1937, he began his teach- ing and served as assistant coach until 1940, when he was made head football coach. Two years later, he entered the U. S. Air Force and upon discharge, had obtained the rank of Captain. In 1954, he became counselor at Lawton High School, and three years later, principal of Central Junior High. He now holds the office of president in the Lawton Kiwanis organization, and is a member of the Governor's Committee on Physical Fitness. He has given firm and astute leadership through the establishment of Eisenhower.

Under its direction, Superintendent John Shoemaker supervises our local educational program. Assisting him are Mr. Hugh Bish, in charge of Instruction, and Mr. John Elkins, of Personnel. It is the responsibility of these men, along with the school board, to create a strong and efficient organization through which our schools are regulated. Each arising crisis is met with intelligence and skill, and completed with careful, thought and consideration.
