PEP CLUB The Pep Club of Effingham High School is one that instills school spirit in the student body. The members are those who are so interested in our competitive sports that they are willing to attend the games and back our team with yells to the finish, They are also interested in setting good examples in sportsmanship. Pompoms containing the school colors of red and white are proudly carried by Pep Club members to show that they are proud of their team and of their school. The Pep Club is directed by Mrs. Frese. The main purpose of the Girls' Athletic Association, is to further the interest of girls' Sports within the school, G,A,A. projects this year were a lightbulb drive and the selling of stuffed animals which included pandas and teddy bears wearing letter sweaters.
