Doug Reames Is Named MVP Statistics for the 1980 Freshman baseball team are as follows: Doug Reames with 25 RBI's, Todd Redick hada batting average of .429. Their record for the season was 15-6. Dave Klaustermeier had a 5-0 pitching record. Kevin Burns had the lowest E.R.A. of 2.21.

Tennis Team Is District Champ The 1980 Tiger Tennis team came in first place in district competition. This was the first time since 1968. Dale Oberlag and Tim Mackie advanc- ed to state competition. The team’s standing at the end of their season was 10-10. They were 6-6 in conference play.
