GRAYDON BURNS Machine Operation Born in Wisensset, Maine. VVas graduated from Morse High School. Operated the Andrews Machine Company from 1929-1939. He started the training for defense in 1940, under state supervision. He has been in the machine busi- ness for thirty years. He came to Edward Little in 1944. Page Twelve' MISS EDNA M. Before coming to Edward Little in 1942, she taught at Web- ster Junior High School. She is a member of the Assembly Board, and faculty adviser for senior marching. STEPHEN GRENDA, B.A., M.A. Director of Athletics, Physical Education Head Coach of Football Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Prepared at Lawrence High School. Was graduated from Columbia University where he received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees. Coached at Columbia University, Manhattan College, University of Delaware. Was Director of Athletics at Floyd Bennett Field, and Bat- talion Commandcr at Navy Pre-Flight School in North Carolina. Discharged from the U. S. Navy with grade of Lieutenant. Came to Ed- ward Little in 1946.
