Art Art Classes Enhance Creativity Edsel Ford has many talented and promising students. Their skills are being formed and refined by the gifted art department headed by Mr. Ralph Hashoian, and his associates, Robert LeVeque and Grant Mackenzie. From the culinary expertise of Mrs. Janet Bodenmiller and Mrs. Karen Clements, to the artistic and child care talents of Mrs. Carol Bocskay, the home economics department has a well rounded roster of educational and fun classes in these areas. For the first-time cook, there is a course especially designed for them. Food Fundamentals teaches the basics of the kitchen life. Beginning Gourmet moves into the more difficult aspects of cooking. For instance, can you put an ice cream cake in the oven without melting it? Other courses offered by the home economics department are Interior De- corating, Child Development, and Clothing and Tailoring.
