Mr. Graham Porter (Department Chairman). Mr Richard A Iverson One of the most interesting new aspects of the Math department concerns the 12th grade Illinois Math classes. They are involved in a new self-instructing computer programing class, which is on an individual basis outside of class time. Presently Edsel Ford maintains one computer terminal with hopes of acquiring others. Next semester juniors as well as seniors, will be exposed to this computer terminal. As an additional math activity, students may prepare interesting bulletin boards containing mathmatical equations and brain teasers. The artistic and ingenious student is encouraged to present new approaches to problems in a pleasant organized manner.
