J R ,,, Behind The Scenes Edsel Ford's kitchen staff tries to teach the students what constitutes a proper diet. They also strive to give the students something different than their home diet. The kitchen itself might be considered a school, for the staff tries to teach women from different areas the use of dif- ferent implements and the essentials of a proper diet. Secretarial work is done in the office. Also, lost articles are turned in there, schedules are made out, all telephone calls are received and the bulletins are made out there.
