The Pep Band ' s major function is to aid school spirit and entertain the student body. They did a fantastic job this year. They led the Homecoming snake dance in the back of a pick up truck and got everyone psyched for the game. They also attended all pep sessions and basketball games. The Pep Band members are all volunteers with one thing in mind-pro¬ mote school spirit, but have fun while doing it. Pep Band performs at a pep assembly. Mr. Gallehue waits for a signal from cheerleaders. « The Chorus participates in the musical Annie Get Your Gun. Pictured is the finale. John Marcus Gallehue listens attentively while Dad directs the Spring Concert. The Edon High School Chorus was very busy this year. They entertained the student body at the Thanksgiving assembly and sang Christmas Carols at the Winter Concert. Contest, Spring Concert, and All-County Chorus kept the chorus busy, singing through March and then the musical practice started. Long hours of practice proved worthwhile an opening night when the musical Annie Get Your Gun was a success.
