NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY The annual induction into the Edon Chapter of the National Honor Society was held April 21, 1976 at 9:00 a.m. Ten members of the Junior Class and two members of the Senior Class were inducted. To be eligible, a student must maintain a 3.2 point grade average in scholarship and must also have demonstrated outstanding character, leadership and service to the community. « The Chorus participates in the musical Annie Get Your Gun. Pictured is the finale. John Marcus Gallehue listens attentively while Dad directs the Spring Concert. The Edon High School Chorus was very busy this year. They entertained the student body at the Thanksgiving assembly and sang Christmas Carols at the Winter Concert. Contest, Spring Concert, and All-County Chorus kept the chorus busy, singing through March and then the musical practice started. Long hours of practice proved worthwhile an opening night when the musical Annie Get Your Gun was a success.
