Jeff Alwood in Industrial Maintenance. 16 FOUR COUNTY VOCATIO Ron Hake, Agriculture Mech¬ anics, relaxing in the cafeteria at Four County. Each day many Edon High School students, twenty-nine to be exact, leave their home school and travel to Four County Vocational School. There they have an opporunity to take courses not offered at Edon High School, and to learn a vocation. Agriculture, Business and Office Education, Home Economics, and Trade and Industrial Education are the four major divisions of training. Altogether some thirty-four individual courses of study are offered. Through this training, work habits are developed, technical knowledge and basic performance skills are developed, and qualified people are placed in vocational job areas. Dave Thomas, Tom Headley, and Dennis Curry chuckle at baby pictures of their classmates. Mary Hoag, President of the Junior Class, talks with Mac Davis, WHFD Archbold, who played songs for the prom. The 1976 Junior-Senior prom- Up, Up, and Away. The mural in the entrance to the gym painted by Dave Thomas. The Junior Class of Edon High School presented the prom, Up, Up, and Away. Saturday evening on the eighth of May. The evening began with banquet at 6:30 in the Edon High School Cafeteria. A delicious meal was served by helpful Sophomores and Freshmen. Mr. Adams welcomed everyone to the Banquet and Prom, and Dave Mohre, Senior Class President, thanked the Juniors for the evening. The Prom began at eight and lasted until ten. Mac Davis of WHFD Archbold provided the music for dancing. The movie began at ten in the cafeteria, and bowling at the Bryan Lanes was provided from midnight until six in the morning. A long evening, but one that many Juniors and Seniors will long remember. A mural covering the west wall of the gym conveying the theme.
