He will return to Australia at tl end of his stay, where he plans to l: an economist. Gustavo Ortega, from Guayaquil, Ecu dor, was active in Key Club and Studei Council, and was chosen Most Polite. The heavy wooden portal of a chalet reminds Todd Viewing the experiment souvenir window Pat Cobb Henshaw and Susan Ross of their homes in Austria. discusses his trip with sponsor Miss Charlene Clark Soaking up midnight sun . . . munching the original vienna sausage . . . experimenters Memories and mementos enough to last a lifetime are exchanged with each of the friends at home by the five Ed- ison .students fortunate .enough to have participated in-the i968 Experiment in international Living. The young ambas- sadors spent the summer of 1968 living abroad. Todd Henshaw and Susan Ross were much at home in Austria. Swedish folk- ways tickled the fancy of Susan Teis and Forrest Craig, while Pat Cobb gave the experiment a Danish twist. The experi- ment fosters international understand- ing in its program by allowing young people to see another country in a much more intimate way than is open to the average tourist. A viking ship on earthenware supplies Forrest Craig and Susan Teis with memories of Sweden. 30 0 Experimenters
